Florida RVer's sleigh locals for 11th time

It's become tradition at Bradenton's Horseshoe Cove RV park and this year 54 decorated golf carts sleighed RVer's and lucky local mobile home park residents with laughter and glee as they spread holiday spirit to one and all. 

Resident visitors in the RV park have made a tradition of decking out their golf carts for the parades that span a three-day period.  In addition to delighting the RV park residents, they take their holiday parade on the road and spread cheer to nearby mobile home parks.  Here, the parade also becomes a mission to visit those who are too weak or frail to participate with the parade outside.

Parties are thrown each year to decorate the carts with lights, streamers and all forms of ornamentation.  Some decorate in Christmas themes - Santa, elves, reindeer or religious while others go for comedy - tropical santa, skiing santa pulled by dolphins, elvis santa complete with holiday music and even the flintstones!  Creativity has found a home here.  Either way its a hoot and grows each year as well as making for a wonderful holiday mission.  Additional parties are thrown at the end of the parades to celebrate the event, share stories and reward creativity.  Bring your golf cart and join in the holiday fun at the Horseshoe Cove RV park in Bradenton, Florida!
